14-Day Guarantee Policy

We have a 14-day Guarantee policy

Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.     

To start a return, you can contact us at info.lunarose@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Repair service

At Luna Rosé, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the rare event that you experience a problem with your purchase, we are here to help with our dedicated repair service. 

Please contact at info.lunarose@gmail.com to describe the issue and determine if the item is eligible for repair.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to hygiene. This includes: Lingerie bottoms, Bodysuits, Bikini bottoms, All underwear. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Vouchers ( These are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on any item. We strive to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our products, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact info.lunarose@gmail.com

 

Shipping cost

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with 14 day guarantee. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a repair service, the cost of return shipping back to you may be covered by Luna Rosé.

 

Refunds

Luna Rosé does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
